The Parish Council held a Coffee Morning on Saturday 22nd September 2007 and invited local residents along to give their views on the traffic problems in the parish. Here are just a few comments that were made by residents: "Keep the parking on the main road, slows down the traffic" "Prevent parking on the main road, allow traffic to flow" "Hurry up and complete the A46 so we can get back to normal" "20 mph zone around school crossing area" "Install proper full width speed bumps in 4-6 places from Woodcutters to end of the Plain" As you can see, some opposing views, and a balanced approach will be needed.
